The program of preferential lending to investors of CHO preserving projects
In order to
increase the investment attractiveness of CHO, a program of preferential loans for CHO preserving projects is being implemented (hereinafter referred to as
the Program). JSC "DOM.RF", as the operator of the program,
reimburses creditors for lost income resulting from a reduction in the interest
rate below market conditions.
The purpose
of the loan: Restoration of Cultural Heritage Objects (CHO), including the
development of project documentation, work on the preservation of CHO,
adaptation for modern use. For CHO transferred to the borrower before
28/11/2024, a loan for restoration and adaptation is provided only if the
borrower has the project documentation approved by the CHO protection
authority.
Loan rate for the borrower: 9% per annum.
Borrower: A legal entity or sole proprietor (owner or other copyright holder of CHO) that meets the requirements of the Program.
Maximum loan amount: Unlimited.
Deadline for the act of acceptance of completed works on preserving CHO: Until 31.12.2030.
Program operator: JSC “DOM.RF”.
