The Rosreestr website has launched a service through which land plot owners and land users can undergo self-assessment and independently evaluate compliance with mandatory requirements for land plot use.

As reported by the agency's press service, the service can be accessed both through a personal account and without authorization.
The system will provide prompts based on data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate in response to questions about the plot's characteristics. If any violations are found, the user will be offered recommendations for addressing them.
