Nationwide, the share of young people under 35 in the digital sectors exceeds 50 %. “The digital environment is extremely familiar to young people. And it is there that they see opportunities to develop their ideas. Moreover, young entrepreneurs don’t just start businesses in these fields — they essentially reshape them, creating new formats and trends. Today, in a number of industries, young people play a leading role, accounting for up to two‑thirds of the total number of SMEs. The IT sector is among the most popular areas. Here, young entrepreneurs not only create infrastructure such as computer clubs and produce digital content but also actively develop educational services to further promote and enhance the expertise of professionals in this field,” noted Alexander Isaevich, CEO of the SME Corporation.

To support aspiring entrepreneurs, the “Start a Business” service is available on the SME.RF digital platform.
