MORDOVIA BUSINESSES HAVE BECOME MORE ACTIVE IN RECEIVING STATE SUPPORT ON THE DIGITAL PLATFORM
Every tenth representative of small and medium-sized businesses used state support measures provided by the SME Corporation within the framework of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship national project in the outgoing year. In total, over 600 thousand small and medium-sized enterprises used them throughout the country. The number of applications from small and medium-sized businesses of Mordovia for state support through the Digital Platform МСП.РФ has increased by more than 2.7 times this year compared to the previous year. According to the results of 11 months of this year, the volume of financial support from the National Guarantee System in the region exceeded 2.9 billion rubles. More than half of the submitted applications have been approved.
MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION HELD A WORKING MEETING WITH THE EXPONENTA COMPANY
Representatives of the Mordovia Development Corporation continue to hold off-site working meetings with residents of the Ruzaevka PDA. This time, the Exponenta company was in the spotlight. The company is engaged in unique production in the field of pilot industrial production of chemical materials that are in demand in a variety of industries from construction to agriculture. The bulk of the company's products are import-substituting and have no domestic analogues. During the meeting, the participants discussed key issues related to the implementation of the investment project. Particular attention was paid to government support measures.
MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MET WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF OVER PHARMA
Representatives of the Mordovia Development Corporation held an off-site working meeting with the director of Over Pharma Irina Burdinova. The company is one of the residents of the Ruzaevka Priority Development Area. Currently, the company is actively engaged in the modernization of the production of functional and sports nutrition. In 2024, the organization received preferential loans from the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Mordovia.

On December 23, Fatima Gatieva, Advisor to the General Director of the Mordovia Development Corporation, took part in the business program of the II All-Russian CorpSport-2024 Forum. The event took place in the Lomonosov Moscow Innovation Cluster. During the forum, various aspects of corporate sports were discussed, including regional cases and the importance of developing such initiatives at the regional level. They also discussed how to integrate corporate sports events into the city or regional agenda.
A NEW ISSUE OF THE AIIC DIGEST ON THE STATE OF PPP IN RUSSIA HAS BEEN RELEASED
The third issue of the quarterly information and analytical digest Public-private partnership (PPP) in Russia has been released. The new issue examines mechanisms for reducing the cost of PPP and concession projects. The digest discusses the latest initiatives concerning concession agreements and PPP agreements in the healthcare sector, as well as the involvement of cultural heritage sites in concession projects. Particular attention is paid to concluding concession agreements for housing and communal services facilities with bona fide concessionaires without competitive procedures.

MORDOVIA BUSINESSES RECEIVE FINANCIAL STATE SUPPORT ON A DIGITAL PLATFORM
Since the beginning of this year, entrepreneurs in Mordovia have received 140 microloans for a total of over 360 million rubles using the МСП.РФ Digital Platform. This became possible thanks to the implementation of the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship national project. Across the country, over six thousand small and medium-sized businesses from 82 regions have already used the service for a total of over 15.7 billion rubles. Let us remind you that entrepreneurs can apply for a microloan through the Selection and Receipt of Microfinance service since October 2023.
MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION HELD A WORKING MEETING ON THE LIGHTING INDUSTRY PROJECT
On December 18, employees of the Mordovia Development Corporation held an off-site working meeting with a representative of the initiator of the investment project to create the production of supports (decorative and lighting complexes) and expand the production of LED utility lamps. During the meeting, the stages of the project implementation and the issues arising were discussed. Currently, general construction work is underway at the project implementation site: plastic windows are being installed, metal structures and partitions are being dismantled. The release of products is scheduled for 2026.
SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESSES IN MORDOVIA CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT TOOL
Entrepreneurs in Mordovia can take part in the Business Index All-Russian rating. It is organized by the My Business National Agency ANO with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Business Index is a new systemic tool that will help businesses.
ASI PRESENTED A DRAFT OF THE NEW STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL RATING
In 2025, the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation will be assessed using an improved methodology. This was reported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). The number of areas for assessment in the ASI National Investment Rating will increase. Instead of four (Regulatory Environment, Institutions for Business, Infrastructure and Resources, Support for SMEs), there will be eight.
Traditionally, at the end of the year, the results of the 100 Best Products of Russia All-Russian competition and the Best Products of Mordovia Republican competition are summed up. On December 16, the Head of Mordovia Artem Zdunov presented awards to the winners and laureates of the competitions. The Head of the region noted that these events give the best manufacturers of the region, producing popular and competitive products, the opportunity to demonstrate their work.
