MORDOVIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION PARTICIPATED IN THE ALL-RUSSIAN CONFERENCE
The Director of the Mordovia Development Corporation, Kamil Arslanbekov, spoke at the closing of the All-Russian Conference on Export Support Infrastructure. In his presentation, Kamil Arslanbekov introduced the corporation as a development institution, explaining the assistance available, outlining the organization's goals, and highlighting the achieved results. The discussion also touched upon the implementation of the investment standard in the region and the key characteristics of the republic. The assembled audience was informed about preferential regimes, particularly the territories of Priority Social and Economic Development Area (PSEDA) “Ruzaevka” and the Special Economic Zone “Sistema”.
In the past year, self-employed individuals in Mordovia provided goods and services to state-owned companies totaling more than 31 million rubles, almost twice the region's recorded figure in 2022. This became possible due to the support of the national project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship”, initiated by the President and overseen by the First Deputy Prime Minister, Andrey Belousov.
MORDOVIA HAS ENTERED THE TOP 5 IN THE RATING OF ORGANIC REGIONS IN RUSSIA
Roskachestvo has presented an updated rating of Russian regions based on the number of certified organic producers, with Mordovia ranking 4th. There are seven manufacturers operating in the region.

On February 3, the race “Lyzhnya Rossii-2024” and the festival “Lynx Day” took place on the territory of the P.G. Smidovich Mordovian State Nature Reserve. As part of the traditional winter celebration, thematic excursions were organized for guests and participants in the Nature Museum and the museum complex “We Are One Country”. Additionally, there was a gastronomic competition called “Food Art”.
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, in collaboration with the portal “мойбизнес.рф” and the Russian Export Center (REC), is launching a free intensive program on e-commerce through the “My Export” platform. The training will take place from February 12 to 14 for entrepreneurs planning to enter international markets.

MORDOVCEMENT CONTINUES TO IMPLEMENT MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN ITS PRODUCTION PROCESSES

Another step in the cement giant's phased digitization is the automation of dispatch management, known as “AWDS”. This will increase the speed of the enterprise's operations in terms of transporting finished products and improve interaction with customers. Additionally, the innovation will reduce the likelihood of abnormal and emergency situations due to human factors during the cement loading process.
MORDOVIA PRESENTED THE REGION'S BRANDS AT THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION-FORUM “RUSSIA”
On January 30, a panel discussion “The Regional Brands are Tools for Increasing the Investment and Tourist Attractiveness of the Region” took place at the International Exhibition-Forum “Russia”. The event was organized by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and the Federation Council. The dialogue was moderated by the head of Rospatent, Yuri Zubov. Representatives from government structures, regional authorities, and businesses discussed measures to support and promote local brands, as well as the advantages and economic benefits for the region from registering the name of the place of origin of goods and geographical indications.
“REGION MANAGEMENT CENTER BUSINESS” IS A SYSTEM THAT ASSISTS ENTREPRENEURS IN MORDOVIA
Last year, our republic became one of the 11 pilot regions in Russia where the “Region Management Center Business” feedback system was launched. It enables responses to individual questions from business representatives and addresses systemic challenges in the development of entrepreneurship and the economy in the region.

The finalists of the III All-Russian “Russian Travel Awards” in the category “Cultural and Educational Tourism Region” have been announced. The right to participate in the finals was granted to the Republic of Mordovia, St. Petersburg, Kaluga, Kaliningrad, and Tver regions.

The acceptance of applications continues for the fourth forum “Strong Ideas for a New Time”, organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation. The Head of the Center for Support of Investment Projects of the Mordovia Development Corporation, Andrey Lobanov, participated in the meeting.
