Approach to issuing business permits is changing at “Gosuslugi”

On the public services portal, it is now possible to obtain a set of permits through a single application. It is enough for an entrepreneur to choose the type of activity, fill out the form, and the system itself will send his application to the relevant departments. The new approach to issuing permits has been developed as part of the optimization of licensing activities in Russia. On the portal, permissions are grouped according to the principle of conducting certain activities. Each activity has its own set of permissions. The first such comprehensive service available to organizations and individual entrepreneurs is "Pharmacy Opening". It includes permits that are necessary for pharmaceutical activities, a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion, and a sanitary and epidemiological examination. The application for each of them was previously submitted in turn. The entrepreneur needed to independently monitor the readiness of each permit in order to apply for the next one. Now he can fill out one comprehensive application. It takes an average of 10 minutes, and the system automatically sends it to the relevant departments. If approved, the entrepreneur receives the entire range of permits within three months.
