The development of reclamation systems and the implementation of the harvesting campaign in the Republic of Mordovia were discussed at the working meeting by First Deputy Minister Dzhambulat Khatuov and Acting Head of the Region Artyom Zdunov. At the beginning of the week, harvesting operations started in the republic. To date, 5.2 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops have been threshed, 14.4 thousand tons have been threshed. This year, the sown area of spring crops in the region amounted to 478.7 thousand hectares, which is 26 thousand hectares more than last year.
RM RAIL SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH RDC VAGONY AND SPSUR
The company RM Rail signed a memorandum of cooperation with the research and development center Vagony and the St. Petersburg State University of Railways. The signing took place today as part of the XV International Scientific and Technical Conference "Rolling Stock of the XXI century (ideas, requirements, projects)" in St. Petersburg. YOUNG SCIENTISTS FROM MORDOVIA ARE WINNERS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL PROGRAM OF RESEARCH PROJECTS
The winners of the 2021 youth competitions of the Presidential Program of Research Projects conducted by the Russian Science Foundation have been announced. According to the results of the competitions, the foundation supported 469 initiative projects of young scientists in the amount of 1.5-2 million rubles annually, 318 youth research groups with funding of 3-6 million rubles.
THE COMPETITION OF REGIONAL BRANDS OF FOOD PRODUCTS “TASTE OF RUSSIA” STARTED
The Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev announced the holding of the second National Competition of Regional Food Brands "Tastes of Russia". The competition is aimed at popularizing the unique products of Russian regions and supporting small agribusiness. The competition also contributes to the development of agritourism and rural areas in general.
On June 20, the closing ceremony of the final stage of the republican personnel project "My Mordovia" was held in the House of the Republic. According to the results of the final, 40 people became winners of the project. Among the winners of the competition, who were included in the regional reserve of management personnel, there are two employees of the Mordovia Development Corporation: consultant of the Design Solutions Center Denis Beloglazov and consultant of the Legal Department Anton Nazarov.
DIGITAL EDUCATION CENTER WILL OPEN IN SARANSK
In September 2021, the IT-cube digital education center will open in Saransk. According to the regional education ministry, it is being created for children aged 7-18 who have an interest in information and telecommunication technologies. According to izvmor.ru, the guys will learn about the basics of algorithms and logic, cyberhygiene, get acquainted with artificial intelligence technologies, learn how to program in Python, Java, etc.
IT VILLAGE CAN BE CREATED IN MORDOVIA
On the territory of Ruzaevsky district, a strategic session was held on the development of the concept and requirements for the infrastructure of the IT-village. The project of creating an administrative and housing complex was discussed to retain specialists in this field in Mordovia and return those who had already left the region. To do this, it is necessary to develop a concept for a location where comfortable conditions for the work and living of specialists will be created with all the accompanying infrastructure.
MORDOVIA HAS RISEN SIX PLACES IN THE NATIONAL RANKING
At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2021 (SPIEF), the results of the annual national rating of the state of the investment climate in the regions of Russia were announced. Mordovia took 41st place, rising six places. The results of the research were presented in the framework of a panel session, in which the Acting Head of the Republic Artyom Zdunov took part.
