OGAREV MORDOVIA STATE UNIVERSITY ENTERED THE PRIORITY 2030 PROGRAM
Ogarev Mordovia State University, among 106 Russian universities, entered the Priority 2030 program. The results of the selection of universities in the largest program of state support of universities in the history of Russia were announced by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Nikolaevich Falkov.

The results of the federal award in the field of commercial real estate CRE Federal Awards 2021 have been summed up in Moscow. THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA BECAME A MEMBER OF THE ASI ACCELERATOR FOR INDUSTRIAL TOURISM
The Republic of Mordovia has become one of the 30 regions-winners of the qualifying stage of the All-Russian Accelerator of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) for Industrial Tourism. According to the website of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Mordovia, the regional team includes: enterprises of JSC Ruzkhimmash, JSC Fiber Optic Systems, LLC Saransky Distillery, LLC Kemlyansky Distillery, LLC Cheese Factory Ichalkovsky, Autonomous Institution «Technopark-Mordovia», Stadium «Mordovia Arena», Radisson Hotel & Congress Center Saransk, representatives of executive authorities, tourist business and educational institutions.
MORDOVIA HAS SUBMITTED FOUR APPLICATIONS FOR THE COMPETITION "TASTES OF RUSSIA"
The Republic of Mordovia has submitted four applications for the second competition of regional food brands "Tastes of Russia". Mordovian gingerbread, natural mineral water, Ichalkovo cheese product and Saransk condensed milk claim to win. The popular vote, during which every resident of Russia will be able to support his favorite product and his region, will be held from October 20 to November 7.
THE MEETING "BUSINESS ISSUES: WE SOLVE TOGETHER" WAS HELD IN SARANSK
The conversation lasted more than two hours. During this time, the participants of the meeting discussed a wide range of issues related to doing business in the region. It was decided to create an Import Support Center - the organization of a digital service for filing and processing applications for grant support under the Agrostartup program.
THE FIRST REGIONAL GASTRONOMIC FESTIVAL WAS HELD IN SARANSK
The first gastronomic festival "Svoe - Mordovskoe!" was held in Saransk last weekend. The event was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Mordovia and the Russian Union of Rural Youth. Both private traders and enterprises presented their products at the festival. The fair was accompanied by performances of creative teams and the work of a photo zone.
THE ALL-RUSSIAN FORUM "FROM IDEA TO BUSINESS" WAS HELD IN MORDOVIA
The All-Russian Forum of the Innovation Promotion Fund "From Idea to Business" was held in Saransk. It was attended by representatives of federal institutions for the development of innovative activities, Skolkovo University, large federal innovation companies, as well as representatives of the regional Cabinet of Ministers. The forum was also visited by the Acting Head of the Republic of Mordovia Artyom Zdunov.
NANOCENTER OF MORDOVIA WILL SUPPORT THE CREATION OF THE ORGANIC CYBERGECTAR PLATFORM
In Mordovia, it is planned to create a cyber platform for testing the smart agro model. This is reported by the Center for Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials of the Republic of Mordovia. The platform, combined with digitalization tools, will increase the efficiency of crop production, including in the organic farming segment. The best practices will be replicated in Russia and abroad.
THE QUALIFYING STAGE OF THE 67TH WORLD PLOWING CHAMPIONSHIP WILL BE HELD IN MORDOVIA
On September 22-25, the qualifying stage of the 67th World Plowing Championship will be held in Mordovia. The venue will be one of the fields of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "May 1" of the Oktyabrsky district of Saransk. Russia applied for the right to host the world plowing championship back in 2009. And so, in 2022, it will be held in our country for the first time.
The second National Competition of regional food brands "Tastes of Russia" received 620 applications from 78 regions of the country. Three applications for the competition were received by the organizing committee and from food producers from Mordovia. Cheese, condensed milk and mineral water from the depths of the region-13 apply for participation in the show.
ASI WILL DEVELOP CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION PROGRAMS FOR REGIONS
Adaptation to climate change and support for environmental projects will become one of the main areas of work of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. This was announced at a press conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Agency. ASI General Director Svetlana Chupsheva noted that at the federal level, the Ministry of Economic Development has developed a plan for adaptation to climate change. It is important that it be decomposed into management decisions in the regions.
CELEBRATION OF THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CANONIZATION OF FEDOR USHAKOV IS HELD IN MORDOVIA
On August 4-5, events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the canonization of the great naval commander Fyodor Ushakov are being held in Mordovia. Fyodor Ushakov was canonized by the Russian Orthodox Church as a locally venerated saint of the Diocese of Saransk and Mordovia. At the same time, the holy relics of the legendary admiral were found in the Sanaksar monastery.
